opencode Agent Crew
A coordinated team of specialised AI coding agents for real-world repositories.
A curated set of agent definitions, skills and coordination protocols for opencode: an orchestrator that plans and delegates, specialists for backend, frontend, performance and documentation, and reviewers that approve or block with evidence.

About the project
A single general-purpose coding agent is impressive in a demo and unpredictable in a real repository. opencode Agent Crew splits the work into clear roles with explicit contracts, so every change is planned, implemented, verified and reviewed.
How it works
- The orchestrator turns a request into scoped work items with acceptance criteria.
- Specialist agents implement against those criteria using repository-provided checks.
- Reviewer agents reply with APPROVE, CHANGE or BLOCK, never with open-ended discussion.
- Persistent memory keeps decisions and lessons available for the next session.
Design principles
- Explicit contracts beat clever prompts.
- Every handoff carries evidence: changed files, checks run, remaining risks.
- Coordination is budgeted, so agents do not burn tokens talking to each other.
Treat agents like a team: give them roles, contracts and a definition of done.

Giving coding agents a memory
Session amnesia is the hidden cost of AI coding. Here is how persistent memory and lessons fix it.
